Getting your custom apparel order delivered on time is just as important as getting it made right. At Artik, shipping and delivery are handled with the same level of care as production itself.

Shipping and Delivery: What You Need to Know

Artik ships exclusively to addresses within Canada. Orders destined for international locations are available on an F.O.B. Toronto basis. The customer arranges their own shipping pickup from our Toronto facility in coordination with our team. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

If you're working with a tight deadline, speaking with our customer service team early is the best move. Choosing the right delivery service from the start helps avoid unnecessary stress as you get closer to your event date. This applies to all custom apparel orders, regardless of size or product type.

Pickup Option

Prefer to collect your order in person? Pickup is available at our Toronto downtown location:

Picking up in person also gives you the chance to inspect your order before leaving and speak directly with our team if anything needs attention. Local clients in the Toronto area often find this the most convenient option for time-sensitive orders.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on four main factors: order size, total weight, destination, and the delivery service selected. Accurate shipping estimates are available on request. Simply reach out to our team with your order details, and we'll provide a quote.

Additional charges may apply to oversized or overweight shipments, as well as deliveries to remote areas not covered by standard shipping networks.

Provincial sales tax based on the destination address will apply to all orders.

Delivery Timeframes (After Production Is Complete)

The timelines below apply after your order has completed production. Delivery time is separate from production time and should be factored into your overall planning schedule.

• FedEx Ground — estimated 3 to 5 business days

• FedEx Priority Overnight — estimated 1 to 2 business days

• Local Courier (Toronto area) — same day or next day service

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unexpected carrier delays, high-volume shipping periods, and inclement weather can all affect delivery schedules. Deliveries are available Monday through Friday only and are not made on federal or provincial statutory holidays.

Ordering custom t-shirts or other apparel for events with fixed dates? We always recommend building in extra buffer time between the expected delivery and the event itself.

Damaged Goods and Late Deliveries

Artik takes quality seriously at every stage, including transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 1 business day of receiving the goods. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.

All damage and late delivery claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Artik's liability in all cases is limited to replacing the goods supplied. No additional costs, losses, or consequential expenses beyond the value of the order will be covered.
